Since things to have settled down and we are now in a

preparing a menu and shopping sales. So last

Good for you for being so organized! I can't seem to get a menu together for more than two days at a time. It's a big issue because it drives me crazy when food gets wasted because it spoils or I find it at the bottom of the freezer and it's unusable.
ReplyDeleteStacy, my goal is to have the monthly menus and recipes all printed off and in a binder by year end. For Christmas 2013 I hope to present each son and daughter-in-law with a binder of menus and recipes. I am planning on buying freeze dried food and making them some crock pot meals where all they have to do is open the pouch and toss the contents in the crock pot add water turn it on low and head off to work. Or on those nights they get home and realize oops they forgot to defrost something they can open one of the pouches and toss it in a pot with water and have dinner in less than 30 minutes. I so remember how it was when hubby and I first got married. Juggling work, home and a new marriage, menu planning and cooking meals was always a stressful time.
