Hubby and I are becoming members of CMA - Christian Motorcyclist Association so we will be doing a lot of travel and ministry with them. You will notice on the March menu that I have RACE WEEKEND / Track food. That doesn't mean I plan on eating food bought at the track. We will camping and grilling I just don't know what we will be eating yet. I have to figure out when we will be working and ministering so I will know if I need to grill food and take it with me or if I will have time to grill there. Also you will notice GRILL Day - as the weather warms we grill on the weekend for the entire week and I plan menus around what is grilled. So that day will be something that we have grilled. What I don't know it will depend on sales this month. Also there are more meatless days and higher carb meals. Hubby works at a very physically demanding job and is loosing weight big time (the dog) so I have trying to boost his carb intake so he will have the energy and stamina to do his job.
