This recipe is kitchen tested and picky eater approved. My husband is not a pork lover, he will eat it but prefers beef or chicken over pork. However last night he went back for seconds and then asked for it in his lunch today.
1 pack of boneless country style ribs
1/4 brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 soy sauce
1/4 ketchup
1 clove garlic crushed.
Trim excess fat from pork and place in slow cooker. Mix everything else in small bowl and pour over ribs. Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours.
I added a bag of fresh broccoli the last 30 minutes and then served everything over rice.
I doubled the recipe and put have in the freezer for another time. Love those freezer meals.
