Porkchops in the CrockPot

Here is another pork recipe that has been kitchen tested and husband approved.

1 can apple pie filling
center cut pork chops (4 thick cut)
1 box of stuffing...I do not use the instructions I just heat the water and stir in the stuffing mix then pour on top of the chops.

Pour pie filling in the bottom of the crockpot, top with pork chops then stuffing mix. Cook on low for 4-5 hours. Be prepared for no left overs. I served brussel sprouts with this and baked sweet potatoes.
